Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid Obteno products. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
What's covered
- Subscription fees (Creator monthly, Annual Creator plan, Pro plan)
- One-time purchases (Toolkit $17, Order Bump $12, Annual Creator OTO $549)
Eligibility
A refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge. Refunds may be granted in full where:
- You've genuinely tried the platform and it didn't work for your use case
- A technical issue prevented you from using the service as advertised
- You signed up by mistake and have not used the platform
Reasonable Use Clause
Refunds may be denied or partially issued where:
- Account activity exceeds 30% of monthly credit usage at the time of refund request
- You've generated and downloaded final outputs (ebooks, sales pages, email sequences, content calendars) prior to the refund request — these constitute services rendered
- The account shows no platform login or no documented attempt to use the service (refunds in this case are limited to within 7 days of purchase)
- Repeat refund patterns suggest abuse of the guarantee
- Terms-of-service violations are detected on the account
How to request
Email support@obteno.com or reply to any Obteno email. Include your order number / email used at signup. We process all requests within 5 business days.
Founders Program
Members of the Founders Program receive 30 days of free access without payment. No refund applies during this period as no charge has been made. The standard 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first paid month following trial conversion, subject to all conditions above.
Final-output exclusion
Once you've downloaded a generated PDF, exported a sales page, exported an email sequence, or otherwise extracted final assets from the platform, those outputs are not refundable as services have been rendered.
Compliance
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (where applicable). Customers in the EEA / UK may have additional cancellation rights.
Reservation of rights
Obteno reserves the right to refuse refund requests where evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or terms-of-service violation is identified. All decisions are final.
